These terms govern use of listcrawling.org, a guiding blog about crawling, crawlers, list crawls, and related updates. The site is operated by Zaheer Hussain, based in the USA. Contact: admin@kazadverts.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
List Crawling is a publication, not an account product, a crawler-for-hire, or a law firm. You can read it without registering. Guides explain crawling and list crawls. Updates are dated notes on tools, site structure, policy, and law. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice. Rules differ by country, by contract, and by whether the fields are personal data.
Acceptable use
You may read, quote, and link to pages with attribution to List Crawling and a link to the original page. You may not copy a guide or an update wholesale, republish it as your own, or scrape the site in order to republish it.
Do not use the site to attack the host, probe it, or disrupt other readers. Do not send unlawful, abusive, or misleading mail to admin@kazadverts.com.
Guides describe public web crawling. They do not permit login bypasses, challenge-page defeat, or private contact harvesting. You are responsible for checking robots.txt, terms of service, copyright, and privacy law before you run a crawl of someone else’s site.
No warranty
Guides and updates are provided as is. Dates, vendor defaults, and site structures change. A note may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date even when the date at the top is current. Zaheer Hussain does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a method described in a guide will work on a given site.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by US law, Zaheer Hussain is not liable for lost data, lost profits, a blocked crawler, a claim by a third-party site, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of listcrawling.org or from reliance on a guide. If a mandatory law does not allow that limit, liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the site. Use of the site is free, so that amount is zero.
Third-party links
Guides may link to other sites, tools, and cases. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement.
If you email admin@kazadverts.com, we keep the address, the message, and the reply so we can answer. We do not add that address to a marketing list. Handling of that mail is described in the Privacy Policy.

Text and original graphics on listcrawling.org are owned by Zaheer Hussain unless a page says otherwise. Short quotation with a link is allowed. Republishing a full guide needs written permission.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top changes with them. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zaheer Hussain resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state are the forum for a dispute, except where a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
